How to Practice:

Shift weight onto one foot.

Place the sole of the other foot on the inner calf or thigh.

Bring palms together at the heart or raise them overhead.

Focus your gaze softly on one point.

Balance is not about being rigid; it is about responding gently to movement.

Just like a tree sways but does not fall, we learn resilience through awareness.
