Self-study is the quiet art of turning inward.
It asks us to observe our thoughts, habits and reactions not with criticism, but with honesty and compassion.
It’s not about finding what’s "wrong," but uncovering what is true.
Through awareness, patterns that once guided us unconsciously begin to come into the light.
When you witness a habit without judgment, you begin to gain the power to transform it. Bringing the unconscious into the light is the first step of transformation.
Yoga becomes a mirror, showing us where we are and gently inviting us toward where we can grow.
The more clearly we see ourselves, the more naturally transformation begins.
