The Seer and the Seen

Thoughts arise, emotions shift, experiences come and go.
Yet something within quietly observes it all. We often mistake the movement for who we are, forgetting the presence that witnesses the movement.
The Seer is steady, untouched, aware.
The Seen is everything that changes—body, mind and world.
When we begin to rest as the observer, distance from disturbance naturally appears.
Yoga gently reminds us: "we are not the passing waves, but the silent awareness beneath them"
