Savasana asks for a different kind of strength.
There is nothing to hold, nothing to improve, nothing to fix.
The body rests.
The mind searches for something to do — and slowly learns not to.
In this stillness, practice completes itself.
Not through effort, but through trust.

Here the body is silent, the breath natural, the mind released.Practice completes not by doing — but by letting go.
Savasana is abhyāsa in surrender. When effort dissolves, awareness remains.
