Rushed, shallow, steady or calm — it reflects the inner state.
Pranayama is not about controlling the breath, but about befriending it.
As the breath slows, the mind learns to soften &
the restless inner noise begins to fade.
In each conscious inhale and gentle exhale,
we remember that calm is not something we create—it is something we uncover, already present within.
