Meditation is not about escaping the world.
It is about returning to the space within that is untouched by the world.
Each time we sit, we come home—to presence, to breath, to ourselves.
Thoughts may arise, emotions may move, yet something within remains still.
That stillness is always available, waiting to be remembered.
